Wednesday Wonders

A new series I am adding to my blog on Wednesdays called "Wednesday Wonders" combines two of my favorite things that I find superbly wonderful:  Food + Fashion.

So, let's get this started by first talking about food, because lets be real...I am a girl that loves to eat.

I will try just about anything, I eat, breathe, and dream about food.  There is not an hour that goes by during the day that I'm not noshing on something.  AND since I am putting it all out there, I am confessing now that I do indeed down an entire bag of popcorn every night. AND I may feel a little guilty eating this popcorn (and maybe a scoop of ice cream) while watching the "Biggest Loser" and "Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Addition".

Anyhoo, now that my confession is out there, let me share my wonderful treat that I found this week.  Thanks to one of my favorite blogs ever: Picky Palate.  I stumbled upon a delicious little snack made with none other than good ol' Vanilla Wafers.  I was really excited when I saw this recipe, because it is SO easy, SO quick, and SO delicious.

P.S.  Another confession: I eat Vanilla Wafers more than my own children (and Goldfish Crackers).  I know, I am crazy (and maybe just a little nostalgic about these age old snacks). You have to admit though, kids know what's up when it comes to snacking!

Good Eats: Salted Chocolate Covered Fluffer Nutter Wafers {click on the title for the recipe link}

Alright fashionistas, moving on from snacking to lovely frocks!  Say hello to the fabulous Alice McCall.  I think all her stuff is drool worthy and totally amazing, but her "Birds of a Feather" collection just plain rocks...I am smitten! Happy Wednesday dolls. XoX
