One of my best friends did her hair in a side fish tail on her wedding day this past Saturday, and it was nothing short of perfection and straight fabulous. She looked amazing and after seeing fishtails everywhere as of late, I just had to post this tutorial and some lovely images. Now, get to braiding! XoX

after i got married i went from a long bob to a long pixie cut. now i am working on growing it out and you know what inspired me...fishtail braids. that exact picture above from free people ** the one with the multi color design** is what had me :)

I love the look of this braid, however I've never been gifted in the braiding dept, or perhaps it is bc i have so many layers. the steps seem easy enough I'll have to give it a try!
