Welcome to My Wardrobe

Hello friends, and "Welcome to my Wardrobe"....a new series I will be doing every Thursday!  It will be a peek into my closet and all things fashion and style!

I am crushing on ruffled shorts and fun hats lately.  Remember, I told you {here} about the fantastic hat Mrs. Rad and I scored at Forever 21?!  This is it, and I love it.
